
In the late 1990’s, before medispa’s were so ubiquitous, VLW was brought in to Skincare Institute to revitalize an old OB-GYN office into a spa-like environment that offered a range of treatments, bridging the gap between a doctor’s office and a day spa. VLW turned a clinical setting to sanctuary and ultimately the highest grossing medispa in the country. After being on site for 10 months from inception to completion VLW then became on going support as needed by phone or in person to assist the ever evolving and expanding medi spa. VLW managed the day-to-day operations including creating operational procedures, crafting protocols, managing training, hiring and firing of staff, implementing customer service processes, selecting spa software, procuring FF&E and creating signature services and products that elevated the guest experience.
