Her unique approach to spa development and operations consulting combines executive leadership advising and team communication coaching with best practices in spa design and development, project planning, operations and management.

Educated in the United Kingdom at the Champneys International College (class of ’85), Dawn began her early career at the prestigious Canyon Ranch and LaPaloma Resort. Later, as a key member of Steiner Leisure Limited, the world’s largest spa operator, she became an outstanding leader in their Maritime Division. She was appointed the first land-based Director of Operations and was accountable for the world-famous Atlantis Resort (Paradise Island, Bahamas) and the Aladdin Resort (Las Vegas). In addition, she’s successfully served as Spa Director at the Point of Aventura and the distinguished 5-star Fisher Island Internationale Spa.

Under the VLW brand, Dawn has created, managed and consulted for spas worldwide, from hotel resort spas, medical spas, home-based wellness sanctuaries and the incredibly inventive spa aboard the 24,000-ton passenger ship the M/V Explorer, which VLW owned and operated under Piljek’s management, in partnership with another brand. Pierre Gaudet

Pierre Gaudet – M.S.c. , B.S.c., is an Olympic Exercise Physiologist who has spent his career working with professional athletes. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the revered University of Ottawa, where he worked with over 20 Olympic and professional teams. He’s the Program Director for the AIM Health and Lifestyle Management Programs, one of the largest medical groups in Canada, and co-founded the valued, ExerSciz™ Solutions, Inc. a company created to maximize personal health and fitness goals including performance and exercise development in North America. He is credited with working with more than half of all the Canadian athletes that won medals in the Atlanta Summer Olympics. His client roster includes the Los Angeles Kings, Philadelphia Flyers, Toronto Maple Leafs, NHL Central Scouting, Downhill Skiing, Figure Skating, Soccer, Squash, Track & Field, and Wheelchair Basketball, amongst many others. Gaudet is now the Exercise Physiologist and Consultant for VLW and works closely with the Vital Life World team to bring this dynamic, innovative, effective program to The United States. Branimir Bilusic

Branimir Bilusic is Vital Life World’s award-winning Architect, offering his Global design expertise and architectural skills to help Vital Life World with all of their unique designs related to Wellness Homes, Spas, and Hotels. VLW believes that the environment is a critical aspect to healing and rejuvenating treatments. By enlisting Branimir and his firm Arhikon Ltd. to create spas for individuals and companies alike, he creates harmony and fluidity in all of their global enterprises, from the ground-up. Branimir is perhaps best known for his unique and modern style and his ability to enhance his creative vision by adapting to the natural surroundings. He’s been designing homes, offices, restaurants and medical facilities for over 25 years and is well-known and respected throughout Europe. This award-winning architect has recently been approved to design around the world, including The US. Currently he’s designing an eco-hotel & spa project in coastal Europe with VLW, and is also looking into the viability of other spa projects for the firm.

Brad Mead

Brad Mead is the President of Delta Capital Group, which he founded in 1993 after selling his founding share of Baron Capital Group, a nationwide consulting and hospitality real estate firm he founded in 1984. Delta Capital Group is one of the largest New England investment banking firms. Mr. Mead has extensive experience in executing corporate turnaround and restructure and has served as Board advisor or interim CFO for over 150 manufacturing and service companies. Additionally, Mr. Mead is a frequent speaker to many business organizations and is a columnist for INC Magazine.

Mr. Mead is also co-founder of Better World Products, a non-profit foundation that imports products to the US from third-world countries. Better World’s mission is to create good jobs in the third world and reinvest profits from the business into the local communities through Christian Missionary Teams.

Mr. Mead was also Chairman of the Export Trade Committee for the Renewable Energy Industry, an industry association board in Washington, DC. Through his activities with this industry, Mr. Mead was asked to serve on two Presidential Commissions, as well as, on the International Energy Administration (IEA) based in Paris. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and lives with his wife and three children in Simsbury, Connecticut.
